I am a mother of 3 boys and live a crazy, but joy-filled life on Sydney's Northern Beaches with my wonderful husband. I am the owner and founder of Freshwater Wellness Centre, one of the Northern beaches' most beautiful healing spaces for individual and group alternative wellness experiences. I run my sessions and event from here too.

My own journey has been one of deep transformation, navigating physical illness, spiritual awakening, emotional healing, embodiment, motherhood, and the call to step more fully into my Soul path.

Today, I guide people through powerful energetic and emotional transformation so they can reconnect to their intuition, regulate their nervous system, awaken their gifts and embody their highest timeline. My work weaves together intuitive healing, crystal wisdom, energy work, embodiment practices, Soul guidance and spiritual mentorship in a way that feels both deeply grounded and transformational. Whether through private sessions, retreats, courses or sacred community spaces, my intention is always the same: to help you reconnect with your Soul, trust your inner wisdom, and live a life that feels deeply aligned, meaningful and true. This is more than healing. It is the return to your most authentic self.
