This course supports mothers who are navigating the tender, overwhelming, and often confusing process of spiritual awakening. Through bite-sized lessons and grounding practices, you’ll learn how to gently heal emotional trauma, connect with your body, embrace your shadow self, and create daily rituals that fit into even the busiest schedules. The goal: to help you feel grounded, whole, and connected—without adding more overwhelm.
